1. General provisions
This License Agreement (hereinafter — the Agreement) governs the relationship between the administration of the Bitrix24 Hub service (hereinafter — the Service) and the user (hereinafter — the User) arising from the use of the Service.
Bitrix24 Hub is a web application (SaaS) that enables messaging and file exchange between users of different Bitrix24 portals. The Service operates as a chatbot application installed on Bitrix24 portals through the app catalog.
Installation and use of the Service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement by the User.
2. Terms of use
- The Service is provided free of charge on an "as is" basis.
- To use the Service, you must install the Bitrix24 Hub application on a Bitrix24 portal and have an active Bitrix24 subscription.
- The User agrees not to use the Service for spam distribution, malicious content distribution, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
- The User is responsible for the content of transmitted messages and files.
- The Service administration does not moderate the content of messages and files.
3. Service functionality
The Service provides:
- Text messaging between users of different Bitrix24 portals via representative bots.
- File transfers between portals.
- Group chats between participants from different portals.
- Unique user addressing in the Hub system.
4. Limitation of liability
- The Service administration does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Service.
- The administration is not liable for losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
- The administration is not liable for delays, loss, or corruption of data during transmission.
- The Service depends on the Bitrix24 REST API and does not guarantee availability in case of Bitrix24 outages.
- The administration reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service without prior notice.
5. Intellectual property
All rights to the source code, design, trademarks, and other elements of the Service belong to the Service administration. The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose.
Bitrix24 is a registered trademark of 1C-Bitrix LLC. The Bitrix24 Hub service is not a product of 1C-Bitrix and is provided by a third-party developer.
6. Termination of use
- The User may stop using the Service at any time by removing the application from the Bitrix24 portal or disconnecting from Hub using the
disconnect command.
- Upon disconnection, the user's personal data (name, email, phone, avatar, Hub address) is deleted from the system.
- The administration may block the User's access in case of violation of the Agreement terms.
7. Agreement changes
The administration may amend this Agreement. The current version of the Agreement is available at bitrix24hub.com/license.html. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new version of the Agreement.
