Connect Bitrix24 portals. Exchange messages and files with colleagues on other portals — right from the chat.
The app is available in the Bitrix24 catalog. Install it on both portals that need to be connected.
Open in MarketplaceFollow the link above and click "Install". Repeat for the second portal.
After installation, the Bitrix24 Hub bot will appear in your chats. Open a conversation with it.
Send the bot connect or click the "Connect to Bitrix24 Hub" button.
The bot will give you a unique address. Share it with your colleague on the other portal.
After installing and connecting to Hub, reach your colleague in 3 steps
Ask your colleague on the other portal to connect to Hub and share their address (e.g. @petrov)
Type your colleague's address in the Bitrix24 Hub bot chat — for example: @petrov
A representative bot will appear for both of you. Write to it — messages and files are instantly delivered to the other portal
One-on-one conversations between users on different portals. Write to the representative bot — the message is instantly delivered to the other person. Edits and deletions are synced.
Bridge group chats across portals. Add the representative bot to a group chat — and all participants from both portals will be in one conversation.
Send documents, images, and any files through chat. Files are streamed between portals with no size limit.
All requests are authenticated. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. When you disconnect, your data is completely deleted. Unwanted users can be blocked.
When connecting to Hub, each user receives a random address like @bitrix24-xxxxxxxx.
This is your identifier — share it with a colleague on another portal.
You can change it to something memorable — for example, @ivanov or @marketing_anna —
using the /name command in the bot chat.
